Pasha Grill: Authentic Turkish Flavors That Keep You Coming Back
If you’ve ever wanted to experience truly authentic Turkish cuisine without leaving Ohio, Pasha Grill is a place you’ll want to visit—and very likely revisit.

From the moment your meal begins, you know you’re in for something special. A basket of warm, soft pita bread arrives at the table, served alongside a rich olive oil and sundried tomato dipping sauce. It’s the kind of starter that tempts you to fill up before your entrée even arrives—but trust me, you’ll want to pace yourself.
Because the main dishes are where Pasha Grill truly shines.
On our most recent visit, we ordered several of our longtime favorites, and each one reminded us why we keep coming back.

The Lamb Shish Kebab is a standout. Tender cubes of lamb, marinated in the restaurant’s house seasoning, are grilled to perfection and served with rice and vegetables.
The meat is consistently juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right—never tough, never dry. It’s one of those dishes you can order again and again, knowing it will never disappoint.

The Kofte Kebab offers a slightly different experience, but just as satisfying. These lightly seasoned, chargrilled patties of freshly ground lamb are moist, well-balanced, and incredibly flavorful without being overpowering.
Paired with rice, vegetables (I opted for carrots and peppers), and a delicious garlic sauce, it’s a dish that feels both comforting and thoughtfully prepared.

If you’re in the mood for something classic, the Doner Kebab (Turkish gyro) is another must-try. The hand-carved blend of marinated lamb and beef is cooked on a traditional vertical rotisserie, resulting in tender, richly seasoned meat with that unmistakable depth of flavor.
Served as a platter with rice and vegetables, it’s generous, satisfying, and exactly what you hope for in a great gyro.

And if you prefer something a bit more casual, the Doner Kebab Wrap delivers all those same incredible flavors tucked into a soft wrap with lettuce, tomato, and onion—perfect for a slightly lighter, but still deeply satisfying option.
What makes Pasha Grill especially meaningful to us is how closely it compares to the real thing. One of our exchange students is from Turkey, and we’ve been fortunate to enjoy many home-cooked Turkish meals with her family. We’ve also traveled to Turkey ourselves, experiencing the cuisine firsthand. The food at Pasha Grill genuinely holds up—it captures the same authenticity, quality, and care that make Turkish cooking so special.
Beyond the food, the setting adds to the experience. The restaurant itself is spacious and beautifully decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. When the weather allows, we especially enjoy sitting on the outdoor patio, tucked along a quieter street within The Greene. It’s a peaceful spot to relax, share a meal, and linger just a little longer.
Pasha Grill isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a place to experience flavors that feel both authentic and memorable. If you’re looking for something beyond the usual, something rich in tradition and consistently delicious, this is one restaurant you’ll be glad you discovered.
