Cuban Sandwich
The star of the show is undoubtedly their Cuban sandwich. Made with homemade Mojo Pork, this sandwich is a flavor explosion.
The tender pork, complemented by sliced ham, pickles, cheese, and mustard, is served on bread that’s perfectly crispy outside and light inside. It’s a must-try for any sandwich enthusiast.
Homemade Soups
Accompanying our sandwiches were their homemade soups – a testament to Paulo’s Italian roots and culinary expertise. The tomato basil soup was a creamy revelation, bursting with fresh tomato flavor and perfectly balanced basil.
It’s easily the best I’ve ever tasted. On our second visit, the asparagus soup proved equally impressive, showcasing the kitchen’s consistency and skill.
Delicate Pastries
For dessert, the guava Pastelitos are not to be missed.
These turnovers, made with flaky puff pastry and filled with fresh guava, strike the perfect balance between sweetness and texture.
The Napoleon, another standout, features incredibly delicate layers of puff pastry filled with a rich, smooth custard – a true masterpiece that hints at an incredible passion for baking.

Parfait Pastries offers both indoor and outdoor seating, making it perfect for any season.
We enjoyed the cozy interior during our late afternoon January visit, but the ample outdoor seating would be ideal for those warm Florida days.
